change X_UserAgentPort port number

I'm having issue changing the X_UserAgentPort port from 5080 to anything else in OBi Expert setting.  I have an exclamation mark beside the box where you enter the number,  I can change it to default or obitalk setting and still can't change the port number.  The only way to change the port number is to disable auto-provisioning.  Can someone let me know if I'm missing something?

In Expert mode, untick both boxes at the right hand end of the line. Then enter your input or select from drop down list.
